How many credits does a video cost?
480p highlight / full: $9.90 / $29.99 (17 / 51 credits). 720p: $19.90 / $59.90 (34 / 102 credits). Three 480p full performances cost $79.99. Full length is 30 s for person and pet, 26 s for baby.
What if generation fails?
Failed generation tasks automatically return credits to your balance. A rejected photo does not start a generation task. You can try again with a different photo.
Do credits expire?
Current credit packs have no expiry date. Use your available account credits as needed, with no subscription.
Can I request a refund?
Failed generations automatically return credits, rather than automatically refunding the payment used to buy them. For a payment refund request, use the support contact listed in the site footer and include your order details for review.
