Using Bad Times AI

Bad Times AI edits reference dance videos using an uploaded photo. By using the service, you agree to these terms. AI results can vary in appearance, motion, sound, and processing time. A completed result is not a guarantee of exact likeness or commercial suitability.

Accounts and uploads

Keep your account credentials secure. Use only photos, videos, and other material you have the rights and permission to submit, including permission from anyone depicted. For images of children, obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian. The baby effect is a playful transformation and must not be used to exploit children.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, non-consensual impersonation, harassment, sexual exploitation, fraud, or interference with the service. Uploads may be checked for unsafe content before processing.

Credits and payments

Credits are sold in one-time packs through Stripe. The pricing page and checkout show the applicable currency, pack price, and credit amount before purchase. This purchase does not create an automatically renewing subscription.

The studio shows the required credits before a generation starts. A failed generation task returns its generation credits. This credit return is separate from a cash refund; contact support for payment concerns or a completed result you wish to dispute. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Your results and third-party materials

You remain responsible for the rights required to upload a photo and publish a result. Template previews and music do not grant you additional rights to third-party content. Review the rules of any platform where you share the video. External AI services process generation requests.

Availability and changes

The service may change or become temporarily unavailable. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the date on this page. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
