Data used by Bad Times AI

Bad Times AI uses account information, uploaded photos, generation settings, task records, credit balances, and payment records to provide dance video generation. Signing in with Google provides the profile information needed for an account. Session cookies support sign-in. Stripe processes checkout; our service stores transaction references and credit records rather than full card numbers.

Photos and generated videos

Uploaded photos are sent to an external safety-check provider before they are accepted for generation. This check uses a publicly accessible temporary image link. The temporary moderation object is deleted after the upload check finishes or fails.

Accepted photos and completed videos are stored using the configured media storage provider. The current implementation supplies publicly accessible media URLs to the moderation and video-generation providers. Anyone who has one of these URLs may be able to access the file. These URLs are not private, authenticated downloads. Do not upload sensitive photos that require private storage.

The selected photo, reference video, and generation instructions are sent to the AI provider to process the requested edit. Task and credit records are retained so that results can be displayed and failed tasks can be refunded. The service does not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period for accepted photos or completed videos.

Providers and service operation

Cloudflare provides the configured database, media storage, and hosting for a Cloudflare deployment. The configured AI and moderation providers process the submitted photo and reference video. Google processes Google sign-in, and Stripe processes payments. These providers may handle data in different countries according to their own terms and policies.

Operational logs can contain request times, errors, and task identifiers for reliability and abuse prevention. Optional email delivery and analytics depend on the site operator's configuration. If Google Analytics is enabled, the existing analytics preference control governs analytics cookies; basic cookieless measurement may still be transmitted when analytics storage is denied.

Access and deletion requests

Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of account data and media. Some payment or transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or other applicable requirements. This page does not claim that all data can be deleted directly from account settings.
